    Thought I posted earlier…

Why is there a cost for a POD book?

Has this been sent to Victoria Strauss & Dave Kuszminski?

    I thought BluPhier was dead?

Victoria saw my comment on AW last night about this topic, that included a link to my Rusty entry. She did come over to read my entry, so she’s aware of it. Apparently, someone else also alerted Dave. By now, Ann may also be aware.
