A dba and llc search for the state of Texas failed to show either Mystic Press or Phoenix Fire as a registered business. There are three facets to this. The first is that she did not have the funds or inclination to make these a legal business. The second is that by not registering her business she escapes both state and federal taxes. Also, you can’t close a business that was never legally registered in the first place, making Phoenix Fire simply a name change with no legal standing.

I think this is a very good idea as long as it only relates to Tabetha and Phoenix Fire, and not her staff who don’t deserve this. It will hopefully reach a few people and save them a lot of money.
I think it’s an excellent idea, for Tabetha and anybody else that helps her cheat people. They all deserve to be exposed.
Lep, if you are referring to Lindsay, she has cheated anyone in her life. She wouldn’t do anyone out of a single penny.
I believe Tabetha, the fiance and whoever the bloody hell Skylynn whatever her name is (the one with the foul mouth) and there was another name which kept popping up, but I can’t remember it. They need to be exposed.
Everyone who continues to be involved with a company that knowingly cheats people is a cheat themselves, and they all need to be exposed.

While I read through this site, (I was linked to by someone). I come here and tell you that I have nothing but respect for Phoenix Fire. They have been completely honest with me, they do not hide things from me. Yes they are Crass, but in this business you have to be. I was with another company before this one and they did NOTHING but lie, cheat and steal. I would NOT join someone else that would do that. They have been up front with me and never taken anything for granted. I don’t understand how you all can bad mouth something you truly do not understand. I would recommend them to any of my other friends, and refuse to listen to what others have to stay badly about them.

Its funny how everyone who speaks the truth about how tabetha and Eric really are are deemed liars and fake but yet after doing my research they are legit and real business people. Janrae frank is a fake alt for Wendy hunyor and everyone that defends her is fake. Its also funny how on everything this Janrae character endorses there is no picture for her so no Janrae is obviously a fake person. Tabetha and Eric keep up the good work and show these assholes that they are just slanderous freaks of nature.
Really? I’ve seen pictures of her on Facebook, chatted with her on Skype, and think it’s funny that you are using the old “Oh, they’re fake” while posting under a fake name.

Exactly uppitymonkey, if I were to say create a youtube or videoblog of myself in which I described how Eric Henley’s last braincell had died in an auto-erotic asphyxiation session featuring an encyclopaedia of goat breeds that went a bit too far that might be considered slander. However if I hypothetically wrote a blogpost about lustful sessions at a truck stop where Al Qaeda agents used his sphincter as a dead drop in exchange for their carnal talents than that would be libel. It’s important to keep such things in mind when you post online.
